Based on the original CJ Slip Ring Adapter Boards from 2007.
- Two matching adapter boards with high-density 26 pin D-SUB connectors
- Two power buses, V1 & V2, or can be combined (jumper) into one bus for higher amperage/current. This is the default option
- 16 Amps max on the combined V1/V2 bus (15 of the lines of slip ring are dedicated to power)
- 5 Servo Connectors / pass thru (Data Only, No power)
- i2c Bus pass thru (SCL/SDA,GND - not V)
- Serial (RX,TX, GND) pass thru (common ground)
- Servo Connectors can be repurposed for any data lines, e.g. extra serial or i2c
- Second V2 header terminal block can be used for local low amperage secondary device.
- 5V terminal block for servo power input - INPUT ONLY, does not pass thru slip ring - unless you route 5VDC power thru V2 bus.
- Extra holes for wire strain relief / zip ties.

* Requires 24 wire Slip Ring (not included. Search Google/eBay for KYC24A)
DSUB Pin Allocation:
Pins 1-9 are data
Pins 10-18 all connected to Ground
Pins 19-26 all connected to Power (typically +24/12VDC)
On a 24 wire slip ring connect them as follows:
9 wires to DSUB pins 1-9 (Data)
7 wires to DSUB pins 10-16 (Ground)
8 wires to DSUB pins 19-26 (Power - Typically +24/12VDC)
If you do not need all the data lines you can use the extra/spare wires for power.
